Jon Rappoport
For nearly 25 years, Jon has cultivated excellence in communication for individuals, teams, and organizations around the world.
He graduated with a BSJ from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, after which he spent 16 years at renowned global advertising agency Leo Burnett, working on some of the world's most iconic brands.
Jon founded Rapid Fig in 2013 and since then, as both an independent consultant and a subcontracted coach, has worked with companies such as AbbVie, Caterpillar, Cisco, Colliers, Deloitte, Delta Air Lines, Facebook, Marriott, McDonald’s, MillerCoors, Philip Morris International, and Wrigley.
He holds a certificate in Effective Business Communication from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Management, and studied improvisation and ensemble dynamics for two years at Chicago’s famous Second City Training Center.
A Rhode Island (USA) native, Jon lives in Evanston, Illinois with his wife, son, twin daughters, and their beloved Canaan dog.
