JON RAPPOPORT
Founder, Chief Catalyst
Jon Rappoport is a globally experienced trainer, coach, facilitator, strategist, and storyteller who helps people grow their communication from root to fruit. An accomplished writer and dynamic presenter, Jon specializes in leadership communication and brand narrative—cultivating clarity, confidence, and connection in rising professionals, teams, and organizations worldwide.
Jon’s facilitation and program design approach blends the structure of strategy with the creativity of story. Deeply empathetic, intuitive, and culturally attuned, his work is designed to inspire purposeful growth and authentic influence.
His foundation was built during 16 years at Leo Burnett Worldwide, where he held a wide range of roles across account management and brand/creative strategy for global clients including Philip Morris USA (now Altria), Procter & Gamble, Philips Sonicare, and Philip Morris International. That grounding in brand building and storytelling continues to shape his work as a communication strategist and educator today.
Since founding Rapid Fig in 2013, Jon has helped individuals and teams lead with purpose, influence others, and make a lasting impact through experiential learning programs that transform how people think, express, and connect. He has led programs across Asia, Europe, North America, and South America—including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines, Spain, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States—helping diverse audiences communicate with purpose and impact.
Jon holds a B.S.J. from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, a certificate in Effective Business Communication from the University of Chicago Booth School of Management, and trained in improvisation at The Second City in Chicago. He is based in Evanston, Illinois, where he lives with his wife, three children, and Canaan dog, Obi.
JENNIFER KING

Jennifer is a communication consultant, arts leader, award-winning tenured professor, and a critically acclaimed theater director, dedicated to helping individuals and executives excel in spoken communication. She began her career at the Tony Award-winning Dallas Theatre Center, launching the Artful Leadership Series, and has since coached leaders at companies like NVIDIA, Cisco, Adobe, Caterpillar, Genentech, Google, and State Farm. As a guest lecturer at Nanjing University in eastern China, she coached top engineering students to improve their communication through innovative approaches to the English language. Jennifer holds a B.A. in Drama from USC and an MFA in Acting from UC Davis. She lives in San Francisco
